Organizational Capacity

Grant Readiness Assessment: 
 

An evaluation of an organization's capacity to successfully compete for, manage, and sustain grant funding. The assessment examines key areas such as governance, leadership, financial management, program design, and data and evaluation practices.

Governance Assessment: 

A review of an organization's board structure, governance practices, and leadership effectiveness. The assessment evaluates areas such as board composition, roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures, and strategic oversight.​​

Revenue Generation

Grant Writing:

 

Comprehensive support for organizations seeking funding. This includes proposal development, narrative writing, budget preparation, and application submission for foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities.

Grant Management:

Technical assistance for the effective administration and oversight of grant-funded projects from award through closeout. This includes compliance monitoring, budget tracking, performance reporting, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and funder communications.

  • General operations support

  • Monthly check-in call/email support

 

Growth Partner:

  • Up to 15 consulting hours

  • Programmatic strategy support

  • Bi-weekly progress updates

 

Transformation Partner:

  • Up to 25 consulting hours

  • Specific project support

  • Weekly progress updates​
